I currently volunteer at ‘Sew Last Season’ community sewing room in Galway on Monday evenings 7-9.30 (please check the facebook page which gives the other opening times). The sewing room is open to the public and all are welcome. Its also free of charge! You can come in and use the machines and or if you need help with sewing.

BEGINNERS SEWING CLASSES – SEWING FUNDAMENTALS
These classes will resume again in the autumn, please email me to register interest.
‘Sewing Fundamentals’ (basic sewing) on Monday evenings 7-9.30 and classes are free but must be booked in advance. In each class we will make sewing samples of each technique. Classes are limited to 4, and run for 4 weeks (at the beginning of each month).
The focus of these classes is to learn basic sewing techniques by making sewing samples of each technique and using the sewing machines in the room. There are 4 classes in total and start at the beginning of each month.
